One of the two USB connector screws, 1mm diameter, was stuck so tight the head was damaged trying to remove it. Here I'm trying to dig it out with a left-handed drill.
The drill broke after further ruining the screw head, so I resorted to milling the entire head off with a 1mm end mill. I am still amazed I haven't broken one of these yet.
