Eighteen 25mm lengths of EN8 round bar, ready for machining (except the top row which I did before I thought to take a photo).

Using the round insert in the fly cutter. It's the wrong geometry for steel but it's what I've got. Despite that it leaves a nicer finish than the usual end mills.

The second V-block is just providing a fixed space between the vice stop and the first so the workpiece ends up near the center of the jaws.

There wasn't anything interesting about drilling and reaming them, so here are a few of the finished pieces along with the fasteners they're used with.
